DEPOSIT POLICY

 

If you decide to change the design to other than what was previously discussed and described in the submission form, your deposit will NOT be credited towards the new design and your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on time constraints. A new deposit will be needed to reschedule. For multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be taken off the last session of your tattoo.

All tattoo deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

One reschedule with 24hr notice is allowed per deposit, if you reschedule one or more times, regardless of notice, a new deposit will be needed to make another appointment. If you call to reschedule with less than 24hr notice, your deposit is void. Reschedules cannot be booked more than 4 months after the initial appointment date. The deposit will be forfeited after 30 days if no attempt to reschedule has been confirmed. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment then your deposit is void, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment, and a new deposit will have to be made to reschedule. If you no-call no-show your appointment, the deposit will be void and you will not be able to book with me again, I do keep track of this.

Clients are responsible for making sure that they are prepared to get tattooed. If a client arrives for their appointment unprepared and we need to reschedule, then a new deposit must be left to do so. Examples include not having a valid ID, coming in with damaged skin, under the influence, or lying on your disclosure form.
